I know this was talked about earlier, don't remember what thread, but about student rush for Les Mis. While they say only Tuesday through Thursday evenings, my friend definitely got us student rush tickets on Friday night. Sooo, you if you want to try your luck, you never know. And they were really good seats too.

What it the date of the Barbarella? I could help you based on that....

Hey, everyone, I just got a phone call. Drew's official last day in NY Les Miz is 10-11, but that date is VERY VERY VERY likely to change, so I would hold off on buying tickets, if I were you.

They are all flying from NY to Vienna, and then Drew flies to London to start rehearsals on 10-15.

$26.25 student rush seat, available at the box-office two hours prior to performances on Tuesday through Thursday evenings. Students must show valid ID and are limited to two tickets per ID. Tickets are subject to availability. Offer is not valid December 25 through 28, February 14, and April 3-12. Tickets may be purchased with cash or credit card at the box office only.

I think that means you can for matinées.

And to make this post semi on-topic- I saw Drewjean July 25, and surprised him with two hand-made punk sweaters for his kids =D I absolutely fell in love with his Valjean, and have convinced my friend, who is slightly skeptical of Drew's singing (no idea why) to see the show with him in it.
